I have a Oliver 1850 FWD with a Perkins set up to 105 HP. It has a John Deer 260 self leveling loader on it. It's a wheat land model and has big wide calcium filled tires in the rear and the Clark front end carries the weight well. Without the weight in back and the FWD the 8' bucket full of material wiuld make the tractor pretty helpless in mud or snow. This JD loader is real nice and was easy to adapt to the Oliver. You can find them at auctions but you will pay $3000 or more for one worth buying.PK.
Your question is not clear. Are you buying a 100HP tractor and loader, or do you have a tractor and you want to add a loader? If you are buying a new 100HP tractor, the OEM should have a loader already to add. If you already have a tractor, you can add an after market such as Great Bend, KD, Ezee On, or Bush Hog.
There are other aftermarket manufactures but I can't remember. All should have loaders and mounting kits to fit just about any tractor.
I added a Great Bend 440 loader to my JD 2630 (72HP) and that was an intermediate size loader. They had a lot bigger models for bigger tractors. I have been happy with mine.

Aftermarkets are less expensive than OEM, but you lose some features. My opinion if the loader is heavy enough to withstand the push of a 100+ hp tractor, the added weight on front will probably make it no better loader tractor than a 75 hp tractor. Until you put the engine of your loader vehicle on the opposite end from loader and go 4x4 no use in going larger. Loader work is not big hp work, it just requires traction and balance. In 1972, I bought a new 45 hp skid loader as I needed two loaders.

I already had a Farmall 560D with an IH 2000 loader. Three years later I bought another 45 hp skid loader. The loader was removed from the 560 forever. Once you have that much loader work there is no need of tieing up a tractor with live pto and 3 point hitch A new skid loader will cost half as much as anew 75 hp 4 wheel drive tractor equiped with a loader and will do twice the loader work in a day. It will probably do 3 times as much as 100+ hp 2 wheel drive will in a day.
