Beverly Shear Manual
Just got one i have used a BEVERLY shear at my job and i had always wanted one.early last week i got one (b3) the thing is OLD.i bought it for 75 bucks, i need to build a stand and its going to need the blades sharpened and or replaced. I would strongly suggest going for the BEVERLY SHEAR, the h.f. Is crap i use the one at work all of the time, seriously like 3 times a week. Look into buying one used, ie shops that are going out of business, autions ebay ect, yeah i lucked out but that doesnt change my mind on having one of the most valuble sheet metal tools out there, good luck and stay away from the CHEAP IMMATATION, BRIAN.

Well ok that settles it,i,ll look around for a good one,and yes i,ve seen older ones that are older than dirt and have weathered the test of time,obviously quality is the key and i know some of h/f is badly lacking,the one i use at work from time to time is pretty stinking old but works like new,we got a paint shaker at work a few months ago and it was a fine import from the far east and for the usage it gets it works well and does the job and saves me time from walking to the hangar to shake up paint and primer so thats why i thought maybe the h/f shear would possibly work.
